In Person:
MYBA's In-Person Registration will be held Saturday, February 3 and 17, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Rustic Hills Country Club. Payment of fees can be made by cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.

Birth Certificate Requirement:
If the player participated in the 2006 MYBA season, a copy of his birth certificate will not be required. Birth certificates that were included with registration forms last year have been kept and are now on file. New players must turn in a copy regardless of the method of registering.

Sports Activity Permit Requirement:
Any players residing outside Medina City Limits must purchase a Sports Activity Permit (SAP) prior to registering for baseball. The City of Medina requires that every player with a street address greater than 1400 purchase an SAP in order to participate in any organized sports in Medina. The SAP can be purchased at the Medina Community Recreation Center, 855 Weymouth Road, Medina, OH 44256, or by printing out and mailing in the form and payment. Registration Deadline:
MINOR 9/10, MAJOR 11/12, and SENIOR 13/14: Deadline is February 29, 2008
T-BALL, FARM 7/ 8 and SENIOR 15-18: Deadline is March 15, 2008

Hot Stove (All Leagues): February 19, 2008, or earlier, depending upon when open slots in each age group are filled. Notices of available slots are updated every few days and are available under the MYBA EVENTS button on the website.
